Last week I released a study through the Fraser Institute called Policy Implications of the Hiatus in Global Warming. As the title implies, it is a study about climate policy. In a nutshell, I point out that the economic models used to generate climate policy plans are calibrated to match climate models, not climate data, and the models have been diverging from the data for the past two decades.
